Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku státních fondů v České republice. Cílem diplomové práce je tuto problematiku přiblížit z pohledu jejich právní úpravy, významu, fondovního hospodaření i vedení účetnictví. Autorka se zabývá vysvětlením pojmu fond a státní fond a poté historickým vývojem státních fondů v České republice. Součástí diplomové práce je také charakteristika státních fondů v Evropské unii. Stěžejní část je věnována analýze státních fondů. Autorka přibližuje podrobně právní úpravu, orgány, fondovní hospodaření, finanční zdroje státních fondů. V závěru jednotlivých kapitol hodnotí autorka problematiku státních fondů a zaujímá své vlastní stanovisko.The thesis focuses on the issue of the public funds in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to approach the issue from the look of the legislation, meaning, fund management, and accounting. The author deals with explanation of the concept of the fund and the public funds and then with the historical development public funds in the Czech Republic. This thesis also deals with the characteristic of the public funds in the European Union. The fundamental part ist devoted to the analyze of the public funds. The author approaches in detail the legislation, institutions, fund management, financial resources of the public funds. In the final of the parts evaluates author problems of the public funds and express her opinion.
