Diplomová práce se zabývá poruchami autistického spektra, její terminologií, etiologií, symptomatologií a vymezením jednotlivých typů podle 10. revize, MKN. Popisuje vývoj řeči, jednotlivé jazykové roviny a logopedickou intervenci. Charakterizuje komunikaci u nemluvících dětí s autismem a možnosti užití alternativní a augmentativní komunikace. Její cílem je vypozorovat úroveň psychomotorického vývoje a komunikace respondenta, popsat jeho typické projevy a komunikační systém, který uplatňuje.The diploma thesis deals with autism spectrum disorders, its terminology, etiology, symptomatology and the delineating different types of the 10th revision, WHO. Describes the development of speech, levels of language and speech therapy. It characterizes communication in children with the problem of muteness and autism spectrum disorders and the possibility of using alternative and augmentative communication. Its objective is to observe the level of psychomotor development and communication of the respondent, to describe its typical symptoms and the communication system used.
