Bakalářská práce se zabývá zkoumáním problematiky domácího násilí na seniorech a možnostmi jeho prevence. V teoretické části jsou charakterizováni senioři a jejich specifika. Je zde popsáno domácí násilí, jeho znaky, formy a rizikové faktory vzniku násilí na straně oběti a agresora. Pozornost je věnována aktuálním právním úpravám spojeným s domácím násilím. V závěru teoretické části jsou uvedeny možnosti prevence a pomoci týraným seniorům. Praktická část práce si klade za cíl charakterizovat systém prevence ve vybraných organizacích, poskytujících pomoc týraným seniorům a zhodnotit nabídku služeb pro týrané seniory v Jihomoravském kraji. Výzkumné šetření probíhalo v Jihomoravském kraji a byla použita metoda rozhovoru.The bachelor's thesis examines the issue of domestic violence against seniors and the possibilities of its prevention. In the theoretical part seniors and their specifics are characterized. The domestic violence is described here as well as its characteristics, forms and the risk factors of violence initiation on the victim's and the aggressor's part. The attention is drawn to the current legal regulations related to the domestic violence. The end of the theoretical section suggests possibilities of prevention and help for abused seniors. The research part of the study aims to characterize system of the prevention for abused seniors, which is provided by the selected organizations and evaluates the range of services for abused seniors in the South Moravian Region. The survey used the method of interview and it took place in the South Moravian Region.
