Cílem diplomové práce je vymezení hlavních podmínek a přístupů dotčených subjektů vedoucích k úspěšné školní integraci. V teoretické části práce je vymezena základní terminologie vztahující se ke školní integraci. Popisem dotčených institucí, jejich přístupů, odborné intervence a jejich vzájemné kooperace byly vytyčeny podmínky pro zdařilou školskou integraci vedoucí k inkluzivnímu vzdělávání v souladu s legislativními normami. V praktické části práce jsou analyzovány podmínky a přístupy pedagogů k problematice integrace na běžných základních školách v okrese Blansko zjištěné pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Na základě analýzy zjištěných dat je sestaven "Návrh opatření vedoucích k podpoře práce pedagogů v oblasti integrace", který by vedl k posílení pozitivních postojů pedagogů k otázce integrace, a tím i k efektivnější a kvalitnější edukaci žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami.The aim of the dissertation is to define the main conditions and approaches of concerned subjects to the successful school integration. The theoretical part contains definition of basic terms related to the school integration. Description of concerned institutions, their approaches, expert intervention and their mutual co-operation set up conditions for the successful integration leading to the inclusive education in accordance with the legislation. There are analysed teachers' conditions and approaches to the issue of integration in common primary schools in Blansko district obtained by means of questionnaire survey. On the basis of analysed data the "Proposal of measures for teachers' work support in the integration domain" was built up. Realisation of this proposal should increase the positive approach of teachers to the integration and consequently to improve the efficiency and quality of education of students with special educational needs.
