Cílem diplomové práce je zmapování grafomotorického deficitu u pacientů po onemocnění cévní mozkovou příhodou (CMP) vzhledem k důležitosti a možnostem speciálně - andragogické intervence u vybrané skupiny pacientů. Teoretická část práce obsahuje teoretické poznatky o cévní mozkové příhodě a následném významu grafomotoriky. Jsou zmíněny faktory ovlivňující nácvik (terapii) grafomotoriky u pacientů po CMP a jsou poskytnuty informace o kompenzačních pomůckách určených k nácviku grafomotoriky. Praktická část naskýtá metodiku dotazníkového šetření pro zmapování speciálně - andragogické intervence zaměřené na nácvik grafomotoriky u pacientů po onemocnění cévní mozkovou příhodou ve Zlínském kraji. Z analýzy dotazníkového šetření vyplývá, že pacienti po CMP potvrzují deficit v oblasti grafomotoriky a 75% absolvovalo nácvik (terapii) grafomotoriky.An aim of the diploma work is to describe a graphomotorical deficit of the patients after the stroke /cerebrovascular accident/ according to the importance and options of the special adult intervention observed on a selected group of patients. A theoretical part of the work contains the theoretical knowledge about the stroke and the importance of graphomotorics. It also presents the features influencing the training of graphomotorics for the patients who overcame the stroke and then consequently it provides the pieces of information about the compensating tools used for the training of graphomotorics. The practical part analyses the methodology of questionnaire centered on the description of the special adult intervention which is directed to the training of graphomotorics for the patients who overcame the stroke in the region of Zlín. The result from the analysis is the fact that the patients who overcame the stroke confirm the deficit in the area of graphomotorics and 75 % of them have participated in the training /therapy/ of graphomotorics.
