Práce se zabývá trhem práce ve správním obvodu Moravské Třebové. V první části se věnuje vývoji trhu práce po roce 1989 obecně a následně příčinám nezaměstnanosti. V zájmovém regionu je sledován taktéž časový vývoj, ale také struktura trhu práce a nezaměstnanosti, a vliv ekonomické krize. Následuje charakteristika největších zaměstnavatelů v regionu a výzkum vlivu ekonomické krize.This thesis deals with the labour market in the administrative district of Moravská Třebová. The first part deals with the development of the labour market after 1989 in general and subsequently with the causes of unemployment. Another important aspects this thesis is focused on are monitoring the development of unemployment, structural changes of the labour market and an impact of economic crisis in the region. Characteristics of the largest employers in the region and research of the impact of the economic crisis on that companies are also included.
