Tématem diplomové práce je překlad odborného textu z oblasti medicíny s komentářem a glosářem. Základem práce je ruský odborný text zabývající se problematikou migrény a jeho překlad do češtiny. První část práce teoreticky pojednává o funkčním stylu odborném a jeho lexikálních, morfologických a syntaktických prostředcích. Těchto teoretických poznatků je prakticky využito v lexikálně-gramatickém rozboru ruského a českého textu, který tvoří druhou část práce. Třetí část se zabývá problematikou překladu a překladových transformací, její součástí je i translatologický komentář. Originální ruský text a jeho český překlad jsou umístěny v příloze spolu s rusko-českým glosářem medicínských termínů.The theme of the thesis is the translation of a medical text with commentary and glossary. The basis of the work consists of Russian medical text abou migraine and its translation to Czech. The first part of the thesis is theoretical, the attention is payed to special style and its lexical, morphological and syntactical features. Theoretical findings are applied in lexical and grammatical analysis which forms the second part of the work. The third part deals with theoretical problems of translation and translation transformations, it also includes the translatological commentary. The original Russian text and its Czech translation as well as the Russian-Czech glossary of medical terms are included in the appendices of the thesis.
