Práce seznamuje čtenáře se základními principy socializace, dále se zaměřuje na význam pohádky v životě dítěte a její význam během socializace dítěte. Nabízí definice genderu, genderové socializace a popisuje genderově stereotypní obraz muže a ženy v naší společnosti. Nakonec ukazuje výsledky analýzy genderových stereotypů ve večerníčku Mach a Šebestová, která se zaměřuje i na jejich proměnu v čase.This text describes basic principles of socialization, it focus on meaning of fairy-tale in child life and also its importance in child's socialization. It offers some definitions of gender, gender's socialization and describes gender stereotypes of men and women in our society. Finally it shows results of gender stereotypes analysis and their transformation in time in TV bedtime story called Mach a Šebestová.
