Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou deforestace v Bolívii, jedné z nejchudších zemí západní polokoule. Pro úplný přehled je nejdříve uvedena definice deforestace. Na tuto kapitolu navazuje stručný přehled deforestace v Jižní Americe a její hlavní příčiny. Cílem práce je popsat tři hlavní příčiny deforestace v Bolívii a pokusit se charakterizovat jejich opatření. Část práce se zabývá důsledky deforestace, které se vztahují na tropické deštné lesy.Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of deforestation in Bolivia, one of the poorest countries in the Western Hemisphere. For a complete overview, there is at first, given the definition of deforestation. This chapter is followed by a brief overview of deforestation in South America and its main causes. The aim of the work is to describe the three main causes of deforestation in Bolivia to characterize their reduction. Part of the work deals with the effects of deforestation, which apply to tropical rain forests.
