Práce pojednává o apoštolské konstituci Anglicanorum coetibus vydané papežem Benediktem XVI. a její aplikací na Britských ostrovech. V první kapitole je za účelem lepšího porozumění krátce shrnut vývoj církví anglikánského společenství i jejich základní věrouka a také alespoň krátce nastíněn vývoj, který vedl k potřebě řešit možnost přestupů do plného společenství s katolickou církví. Druhá kapitola se věnuje modalitám individuálních přestupů ke katolictví, třetí kapitola pak seznamuje s možností skupinového přestupu do personálních ordinariátů, daného apoštolskou konstitucí Anglicanorum coetibus z r. 2009 a k ní vydanými komplementárními normami. Čtvrtá a pátá kapitola podávají analýzu personálních ordinariátů, čtvrtá kapitola se zaměřením na osoby a pátá kapitola se zaměřením na potřebná grémia. Závěrečná šestá kapitola pojednává o již zřízených personálních ordinariátech: v souladu se zadáním práce nejvíce o ordinariátu pro Anglii a Wales, v porovnání s ním pak o ordinariátech pro USA a Kanadu a pro Austrálii.The thesis concerns The Apostolic Constitution Anglicanorum coetibus issued by pope Benedict XVI. and its application on the British Isles. In the first chapter for better comprehension there is shortly compilated the development of the Church of England and the other churches of the Anglican communion and their fundamental doctrines. The first chapter also shortly speaks about the process which led to the need for solving the possibility to convert to the Catholic church. The second chapter is about the modalities of individual conversions to the catholic church the third chapter presents a possibility of a group conversion to the personal ordinariate according to the Apostolic Constitution Anglicanorum coetibus designed in the 2009 with the related complementary norms. The fourth and fifth chapter analyse the personal ordinariate: the fourth aimed on individuals, the fifth on required gremia. The sixt chapter is the final one which concerns the currently established personal ordinariates. According to the assignment of the thesis mostly about ordinariate for England and Wales compared with the ordinariates for USA and Canada, and for Australia.
