Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou liniových dopravních staveb jako současného problému. Pomocí popisně - analytické metody se věnuje tématu umisťování a povolování liniových dopravních staveb před jejich samotnou realizací. Dále vymezuje pojem dopravní stavba, shrnuje aktuální právní úpravu stavebního práva, posuzování koncepcí a bere do úvahy připravovaný věcný návrh zákona o liniových dopravních stavbách jakožto zákona lex specialis. Závěr práce patří úvaze a doporučení zkoumání příbuzné problematiky.The main aim of this Bachelor Thesis is to deal with the problematics of liner shipping structures as the current issue. The theme of permitting and placement of liner shipping structured before their implementation will be analyzed by descriptive-analytical method. Furthermore, the Bachelor Thesis is focused on the term road construction, summarizes current legislation of construction law as well as assessment of concepts; i.e. it takes under consideration the upcoming draft of the law about liner shipping structures as the law of lex specialis. The last part of this Bachelor Thesis will be dedicated to the consideration and recommendation of similar problematics.
