V této bakalářské práci je představen 'UEFA Financial Fair Play' koncept a je provedena analýza jeho prozatímní efektivity týkající se regulace finanční situace evropských fotbalových klubů. Jsou odhaleny finanční problémy prostředí fotbalových klubů a stejně tak je popsána celková ekonomická situace v Evropě postižené krizí. V souvislosti s FFP konceptem je zmíněn Evropský Fiskální pakt. K evaluaci efektivity prostřednictvím hodnocení schopnosti klubů přizpůsobit se FFP kritériím během tříletého přípravného období, je použita sekundární analýza a komparace dat. Jsou navržena opatření určená managementům klubů pro dosažení lepších hospodářských výsledků a plnění pravidel FFP. Na závěr je zdůrazněn jejich význam pro budoucnost fotbalu.In this bachelor's thesis 'the UEFA Financial Fair Play' concept is introduced and its provisional efficiency concerning the regulation of the financial situation of European football clubs is analysed. The financial problems in club football environment are disclosed as well as the overall economic situation in Europe affected by the crisis is described. In connection with the FFP concept, the European Fiscal Compact is mentioned. For the evaluation of the efficiency via the assessment of clubs' capability to adjust to the FFP criteria during three-year preparatory period, secondary analysis and data comparison are used. The measures designed for the club managements in order to achieve better break-even results and abide by the FFP rules are suggested. In conclusion, their significance for the future of football is emphasized.
