Bakalářská práce se zabývá učiteli mateřské školy, jejich profesní dráhou, osobností, rolemi a kompetencemi. Teoretická část se věnuje současnému vzdělávání učitelů a institucemi, které umožňují studium pro učitele mateřských škol a obecně učitelskou osobností a jejímu vývoji. Zabývá se také kompetencemi učitele. Cílem teoretické části je prozkoumat, jak jsou v odborné literatuře vnímáni a definováni učitelé mateřských škol. Jde jednak o zmapování legislativy a povinností daných RVP PV, jednak o pojetí osobnosti, rolí, kompetencí a profesní dráhy učitele mateřské školy. Praktická část bakalářské práce je založena na dotazníkovém šetření. Cílem práce je vyhodnotit oblasti, které hodnotí z hlediska sebereflexe učitelky a ředitelky jako problémové, a které považují za silné stránky (Reflexe učitelů z hlediska vlastních kompetencí). Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, zda výsledky dotazníkového šetření odpovídají teoretickým východiskům odborné literatury.The thesis deals with the kindergarten teachers, their professional careers, their personalities, roles and responsibilities. The theoretical part is devoted to the current teachers? education as well as to the institutions that offer the education for kindergarten teachers. Then it defines the personality of a teacher in general and its progress. It also describes the teacher?s competencies. The main aim of the theoretical part is to explore the perception as well as the definitions of the kindergarten teachers in the contemporary specialists? literature. It was both to map the legislation and the obligations set in the RVP PV, both the concept of personality, roles, competencies and career of the kindergarten teacher. The empirical part of the thesis is based on the questionnaire survey. The main aim is to evaluate the areas that are assessed as problematical on the one hand and that are strong on the other hand from the point of view of a teacher?s and director?s self-reflection (Reflections of teachers in terms of their competencies). The main objective is to determinate whether the results of the survey correspond to the theoretical knowledge.
