Diplomová práce je zaměřena na dárcovství v prostředí české humanitární pomoci a rozvojové spolupráce. Cílem je popsat problematiku daru a dárcovství a zjistit, jak je dárcovství vnímáno v české společnosti. Teoretická část popisuje problematiku daru a dárcovství obecně, dar v zahraniční pomoci, východiska pro pravidla při poskytování darů, řetězec poskytovatelů pomoci, iniciativu Dobrého humanitárního dárcovství a dále pak problémy spojené s dáváním darů. Výzkumná část je postavena na kvalitativním výzkumu s cílem zjistit motivace a překážky při poskytování darů na humanitární pomoc a rozvojovou spolupráci u českých dárců. Motivace a překážky byly zjišťovány na základě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s deseti respondenty. Zjištěné motivace a překážky se týkají důvodů dárcovství, důvěryhodnosti, účelu, lokality, zprostředkování, informací, médií, strategií a rozlišování.The diploma thesis focuses on donorship in the Czech environment of humanitarian aid and development cooperation. The aim is to describe the gift and donation and find out how the donation is perceived in Czech society. The theoretical part describes the gift and donation in general, the gift in foreign aid, the basis for the rules in gift giving, the chain of aid providers, initiative Good humanitarian donorship and then the problems associated with gifts giving. The research part is based on qualitative research with goal to identify motivations and obstacles in donations for humanitarian aid and development cooperation at Czech donors. Motivation and barriers were determined on half-structured interviews with ten respondents. Identified motivations and barriers are related to the reasons for the donation, credibility, purpose, location, mediation, information, media, strategies and differentiation.
