Názov diplomovej práce je Finančná kontrola vo verejnej správe a má za cieľ predovšetkým analyzovať danú problematiku a pokúsiť sa o jej ucelený obraz. Práca sa skladá z 10 kapitol, kde v prvých kapitolách definujem základné pojmy ako verejná správa a jej financovanie, stručne rozoberám kontrolný systém v Českej republike. Štvrtú kapitolu predstavuje zákon o finančnej kontrole vo verejnej správe, ktorý je ťažiskom mojej práce a len okrajovo je spomenutý zákon o štátnej kontrole a vyhláška č. 416/2004 Sb. V poslednej kapitole sa venujem systému finančnej kontroly na Slovensku.The topic of my thesis is "Financial control in public administration" and its target is to analyze this issue and try to describe it as a whole. The thesis consists of 10 chapters, in the first couple of chapters I define basic terms, such as public administration and its funding, I briefly write about the control system in the Czech republic. The fourth chapter is about the Financial Control in the Public Administration Act, which is the core of my thesis, and marginal part of the thesis is devoted to the State Inspection Act and the regulation 416/2004 Sb. The last chapter is dedicated to the financial control system in the Slovakia.
