Tato práce se zabývá problematikou amputací na dolních končetinách. V práci se věnuji popisu možné etiologie a indikace k amputačnímu výkonu. Dále je uvedeno dělení amputací dle lokalizace a výčet možných komplikací amputace a jejich terapeutické ovlivnění. V další části práce se věnuji rehabilitační péči pacientů po amputaci dolní končetiny a protetice jako péči významně se podílející na rehabilitaci těchto pacientů. Na to navazuje kapitola popisující chůzi normální a chůzi osob s amputací. Pro doplnění práce je uvedena kasuistika pacienta s transtibiální amputací.The thesis deals with the issue of lower extremity amputations. The description of possible etiology and indication to amputation operation are given, followed by the division of amputations according to localization and an account of possible complications related to amputation and effects of therapeutic treatment. The next part of the thesis is devoted to the rehabilitation care in patients after lower extremity amputation and prosthetics as a kind of care, which considerably contributes to the rehabilitation of these patients. A chapter describing the normal walk and the walk of persons with amputation follows. The thesis is completed with the case report of a patient with transtibial amputation.
