Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pacientů na umělé plicní ventilaci. Popisuje všeobecné základy mechanické ventilace a komplikace, s nimiž je závislost pacienta na ventilátoru spojená. Práce popisuje význam rehabilitace u těchto kriticky nemocných. Na základě analýzy odborné literatury, především článků z recenzovaných vědeckých časopisů, byly popsány možnosti fyzioterapie u mechanicky ventilovaných pacientů.The bachelor thesis deals with the problems of the artificial pulmonary ventilation. It describes the general basis of a mechanical ventilation and the complications connected with the patient's dependance on the mechanical ventilation. The thesis also describes the patient rehabilitation of these critically ill people. On the basis of the analysis of the specialist literature, especially the reviews of the science magazines, I have presented the possibilities of the physiotherapy of the patients with the mechanical ventilation.
