Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice bércových vředů u seniorů, publikovaných v odborných českých a zahraničních periodikách. Přehledová práce stručně popisuje výskyt bércového onemocnění dolních končetin v seniorské populaci, režimová opatření v oblasti prevence, včetně faktorů, které ovlivňují hojení chronických ran. Dále informuje o zásadách lokálního ošetřování, významu a aplikaci kompresivní terapie a o novinkách v oblasti nefarmakologických metod léčby ran. V práci jsou uvedeny teoretické poznatky a výsledky studií k dané problematiceBachelor thesis deals with the problem of leg ulcers published in Czech and foreign professional journals. In the thesis there are briefly described the occurrence of venous leg ulcers in the population of seniors and regime arrangements in the field of prevention including the factors that influence healing of the chronical crumps. Then it provides information about the principles of local treatment, the meaning and the application of compress therapy and also about the news in the field of non-pharmacological methods in healing of crumps. In the thesis there are theoretical findings as well as the resuts of the study dealing with the problems.
