Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na možnosti testování cervikobrachiálního syndromu. Cervikobrachiální syndrom je velmi často užívaná diagnóza označující stav, kdy se bolest z krční oblasti šíří do oblasti ramen a horních končetin, ať už má šíření charakter radikulární nebo pseudoradikulární. Etiologie této poruchy je rozmanitá a její diagnostika je poměrně náročným úkolem, vyžadujícím komplexní myšlení terapeuta a důkladné klinické vyšetření. V této práci je rozebrán postup vhodný pro diagnostiku této poruchy, včetně popisu jednotlivých testů, pomáhajících k jejímu ozřejmení.The bachelor?s thesis focuses on the possibilities of testing the cervicobrachial syndrome. The cervicobrachial syndrome is a frequently used diagnosis which denotes the state when the pain from the cervical region spreads into the region of shoulders and upper extremities, whether the spreading is of radicular or pseudoradicular character. The etiology of this disorder is varied and its diagnostics is a relatively demanding task which requires complex thinking of the therapist and a thorough clinical examination. The procedure suitable for diagnostics of this disorder is analysed in the thesis, including the description of the particular tests, which contribute to its elucidation.
