Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou vergenční dysfunkce při nízkém AC/A poměru. Je zde vysvětleno základní rozdělení vergenčních dysfunkcí, klasifikace heteroforie, popis a metody měření AC/A poměru. Dále se práce věnuje již jen insuficienci konvergence a insuficienci divergence. U každé z nich jsou popsány příčiny vzniku, symptomy, léčba a diferenciální diagnostika. V rámci těchto kapitol jsou také detailněji popsány typy testů využívaných při zrakovém tréninku a možnosti určení prizmatické korekce.The topic of this thesis is the vergence dysfunctions with low AC/A ratio. It is explained the basic division of vergence dysfunctions, the classifiation of heterophoria, the descripton and methods of measuring of AC/A ratio. Than the work focuses only on convergence insufficiency and divergence insufficiency. At each of them there is described aetiology, symptoms, treatment and differencial diagnosis. Under these chapters there are also described in more details the types of tests of vision therapy and the posibility of finding the prism correction.
