Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou volnočasové aktivity - aerobiku, jeho historií a vývojem u nás i ve světě. Dále je zaměřena na dětský aerobik a specifické věkové zákonitosti dětí a mládeže v období od předškolního věku až po adolescenci. Cílem práce je zjistit spokojenost členů s činností zájmových útvarů aerobiku v DDM Sluníčko. Průzkum byl realizován v ZÚ aerobiku v DDM Sluníčko. Skupinu respondentů tvořili členové ve věku 10-20 let a rodiče mladších dětí ve věku 4-9 let, také členů ZÚ aerobiku. Na základě analýzy současného stavu dotazníkovým šetřením byla provedena interpretace dat. Návrhy vycházející z práce budou sloužit trenérům a vedení DDM Sluníčko ke zkvalitnění činnosti.The final thesis deals with the issues of free time activity ? aerobic, its history and development in the Czech Republic and in the world. It is further focused on children aerobic and specific age regularity of children and young people of different ages. The aim of this work is to establish if members are satisfied with the activities of free time aerobic lessons provided by organization DDM Sluníčko. The survey was realised in ZÚ aerobic in DDD Sluníčko. The group of respondents included members of the age 10 ? 20 and parents of younger children of the age 4 ? 9, also members of ZÚ aerobic. The intrpretation of data gained from a questionnaire research was accomplished. The suggestions based on the thesis can be used by trainers and leaders of organization DDM Sluníčko and can help to improve the activities.
