V obecné části bakalářské práce je diskutována problematika příčin a projevů alergií z pohledu změn životního prostředí a současného životního stylu. V hlavní části práce je provedeno mapování výskytu alergenních rostlin ve vybraných lokalitách města Přerova. Výsledky systematického terénního průzkumu provedeného v různých vegetačních obdobích jsou zpracovány pomocí programu ArcGis 10, vyhodnoceny v grafické podobě a podrobně diskutovány. Součástí bakalářské práce je fotogalerie alergenních rostlin, které se vyskytují ve zkoumané lokalitě.In the general part of the thesis, origins and consequences of the allergies are discussed in a broader context of the environmental changes and the contemporary lifestyle. In the main part of the thesis, the mapping of occurrence of the allergenic plants in the selected areas of the town Přerov is carried out. The results of the systematic terrain research performed during different seasons are processed applying ArcGIS 10 software, presented in graphical form and discussed in detail. As a part of of the thesis, the photo gallery of the allergenic plants occurring in the areas of interest has been created.
