V bakalářské práci Nitrooční refrakční operace popisuji postup nitroočních refrakčních operací Nejdříve jsem uvedla indikace a kontraindikace. V kapitole o historii se zmiňuji o vývoji refrakční nitrooční chirurgie ve světě v porovnání s vývojem v České Republice. V další části jsem rozebrala detailně postup operace.Poté jsem shrnula nejdůležitější komplikace. V závěru jsem se zabývala jednotlivými metodami operace, typům implantátů a moderním trendům. Dílčím cílem práce bylo porovnat výhody a nevýhody typů implantátů a jejich umístění v oku, což přehledně shrnuje tabulka v příloze.In Bachelor thesis "Intraocular refractive surgery" I describe process of intraocular refractive surgery. First I write about indications and contraindications. In historical chapter I mention the development of intraocular refractive surgery in the World in compare with development of Czech Republic. Next I analyze in detail the procedure of operation. Then I summarize the most important complications. In the end I deal with different methods of operation, types of implants and modern trends. The partial objective is to compare the advantages and disadvantages of types of implants and their placement in the eye, which summarizes the table in the annex.
