Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit vývoj a současný stav výskytu virových hepatitid v České republice a analyzovat regionální rozdíly ve výskytu tohoto onemocnění. Bude zhodnocen výskyt virových hepatitid v jednotlivých věkových kategoriích, dle pohlaví a detailněji se také zaměříme na výskyt tohoto onemocnění u injekčních uživatelů drog, kteří tvoří významný podíl na celkovém počtu hlášených případů. Zhodnocen bude také vývoj úmrtnosti na virové hepatitidy a bude nastíněn možný budoucí vývoj výskytu tohoto onemocnění v České republice.The main objective of this thesis is to evaluate the development and current state of viral hepatitis in the Czech Republic and analyze regional differences in the incidence of this disease. It will be also evaluated the incidence of viral hepatitis by age and sex and detail we will also focus on the incidence of the disease among injecting drug users, who constitute a significant proportion of the total number of reported cases. In the thesis will be also evaluated long-term mortality trend of viral hepatitis. Finally, we will try to estimate the possible future development of viral hepatitis in the Czech Republic.
