Práce se soustředí na dílo Polibek pavoučí ženy argentinského spisovatele Manuela Puiga, které nám zprostředkovává politickou a sociální situaci v Argentině v době 70. a 80. let 20. století. Práce shrnuje také historii dané doby a zmiňuje vliv vojenské diktatury na literární tvorbu místních autorů. Zaměřuje se ale především na souvislosti mezi analyzovaným dílem a realitou, tedy na vliv politického režimu na obyčejné lidi, a řeší otázky homosexuality, lidské identity, schopnosti emocionální změny a svobody.The thesis focuses on the work Kiss of the spider woman from the Argentinian writer Manuel Puig which documents political and social situation in Argentina during the 70's and the 80's of the 20th century. The thesis also summarizes the history of given period and mentions the influence of the military dictatorship on literature of local authors. Nevertheless, focuses especially on the connection between the analysed writing and reality, which means on the influence of political regime on average people, and solves the questions of homosexuality, human identity, ability to emotional change and liberty.
