Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá odborným jazykem, konkrétně jeho definicí, dělením a jeho znaky v oblasti syntaxe, morfologie, lexikologie a stylistiky. Na základě těchto poznatků je pak vymezen pojem ?právnický jazyk?, jehož hlavní rysy jsou zkoumány ve výše uvedených rovinách jazyka. V praktické části vychází autorka z vybraných paragrafů německého občanského zákoníku, zaměřených na obchod a ekonomii, a zkoumá, do jaké míry odpovídají rysy vybraných paragrafů teoretickým popisům německého právního jazyka.The bachelor thesis deals with language for special purposes, especially with its definition, subdivision and its typical features in the field of syntax, morphology, lexicology and stylistics. On the basis of these findings the term ?legal language? is defined and its main characteristics are examined in terms of above-mentioned language levels. In the practical part the author concentrates on chosen paragraphs of German civil code, which are focused on business and economy. It is examined to what extend the features of selected paragraphs correspond to the theoretical description of German legal language.
