Tato práce si klade za cíl ověřit využitelnost testu Hanojské věže u pacientů s depresivním onemocněním. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na vymezení a podrobnou charakteristiku exekutivních funkcích a jejich spojitosti s depresivním onemocněním. Dále nás seznamuje s etiopatogenezí, klinickým obrazem i s možnostmi léčby depresivního onemocnění. Najdeme zde také kapitolu o frontálních lalocích, jejich anatomické struktuře a funkcích. Praktická část práce je založena na zpracování a analýze dat získaných použitím psychodiagnostických metod. Konkrétně se jednalo o Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE), Krátký test všeobecné inteligence (KAI), Beckovu sebeposuzovací škálu depresivity pro dospělé (BDI-II) a Test Hanojské věže (TOH).This work has target to verify applicability of test Hanoi tower on patients with depressive disease. The theoretic work concentrates on determination and detailed characteristic of executive functions and its connection with depressive disease. At the next it acquaints us with etiopatogenese, with clinical picture and with possibilities of depressive disease´s treatment. We will find here also chapter about frontal lobes, their anatomic structure and functions. Practical part is based on arrangement and analyse of dates, obtained by using of psychodiagnostic methods. Concretely it was Mini Mental State Examination ( MMSE), the short test of general intelligence ( KAI), Beck´s selfevaluating depressieve scale for adults ( BDI-II) and Hanoi Tower test ( TOH).
