Cílem této práce je zjistit, jaké jsou postoje studentů Přírodovědecké a Filosofické fakulty Univerzity Palackého v Olomouci k Romům. Dalším úkolem bude změření míry sociální distance, kterou bude vykazovat právě specifická skupina vybraných studentů. Stanovené hypotézy budou ověřovány pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Zkoumaným vzorkem budou studenti daných fakult, kteří budou vybráni pomocí kvótního výběru. Vzorek bude tedy kopírovat skutečné rozložení studentů na každé z fakult. Výsledky kvantitativního výzkumu budou porovnávány a poměřovány s výsledky výzkumů, které se tímto tématem již v minulosti zabývaly.The aim of this research is to find out what the attitudes towards Romani people among students of the Faculty of Science and the Philosophical Faculty of Palacký University are. The next task is to measure the value of social distance as being shown by the specific group of chosen students. The stated hypothesis will be verified through a questionnaire survey. The students of these faculties will constitute the research sample chosen by the quota sampling. The sample will then copy the exact composition of students on each of the faculties. The results of the quantitative research will be compared and measured against the results of previous research concerning this topic in the past.
