Sociální stigma rodičů dítěte s postižením je v této práci chápáno jako znamení, které svědčí o jinakosti života těchto pečujících rodičů. První část práce teoreticky vymezuje co je to rodina a jak se mění její funkce a prožívání s příchodem dítěte s postižením. Druhá část potom skrze kvalitativní šetření shromažďuje subjektivní výpovědi rodičů, kteří se o svoje dítě s postižením dlouhodobě starají. Cílem práce je zformulovat oblasti vlivu této péče na život rodičů dítěte, které potřebuje jejich denní pomoc.The social stigma of parents of child with special needs in this work is seen as a sign that indicates the otherness of life of caring parents. In the first part there is theoretical definition of what family is and how it changes its function and experiencing with the arrival of a child with special needs. The second part through qualitative survey collects subjective depositions of long-term caring parents about their child with special needs. The aim of this study is to formulate the impact of this long-term care on the lives of the parents of a child who needs their daily help.
