Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zjištění bariér vznikajících při implementaci pedagogického systému Marie Montessori v současné české mateřské škole, forem evaluace postihující prvky systému a také rezerv, které při hodnocení pedagogické práce postihla Česká školní inspekce. Jednotlivé bariéry implementace, formy evaluace a rezervy v pedagogické práci dle závěrů z kontrolní činnosti České školní inspekce byly zjišťovány dotazníkovým šetřením. Příčiny vzniku jednotlivých bariér byly určeny po uskutečnění polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s oslovenými pedagogy. Výsledky mohou sloužit jako podklad k zamyšlení nejen pedagogů, pracujících s prvky tohoto systému, ale i rodičů, jejichž děti navštěvují předškolní zařízení tohoto typu. V neposlední řadě mohou prospět i jako užitečné informace pro vzdělavatele pedagogů Montessori systému.This bachelor degree work is aimed at finding barriers arising during the implementation of the Marie Montessori pedagogical system in contemporary Czech nursery schools, finding forms of evaluation which affect elements of the system and imperfections, too, which Czech national school inspectors impacted during their evaluation. Separate barriers of implementation, forms of evaluation and imperfections in pedagogical work based on the reports from the inspection activities of Czech national school inspectors were found using a questionnaire. The causes of the origin of individual barriers were defined after semi-structured interviews with the educators questioned. The results can serve as a background for contemplations not only of educators working with elements of this system but also of parents whose children go to pre-school facilities of this type. Last but not least, the results can also be helpful in the form of useful information for teachers of educators of the Montessori system as well.
