Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vzájemný vztah alexithymie, smyslu života a specifické časové perspektivy. Je tvořena dvěma částmi ? teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení termínů vázaných na přístupy k alexithymii, smyslu života, postoje k časovým celkům. Obsahuje základy psychosomatiky, s důrazem na psychosociální faktory vzniku onemocnění, popis emoční dynamiky jedince při vyrovnávání se s diagnózou nádorového onemocnění. Jádrem teoretické práce je především charakteristika alexithymickcých rysů, dimenzí časové perspektivy a souhrn pohledů na potřebu smyslu dle směrů v psychologii. Praktická část je sestavena z výsledných dat dotazníků ZSDS, TAS ? 20, ZTPI a ESK škály. Cílem bylo nalézt vzájemné rozdíly ve výsledných hodnotách mezi souborem relativně zdravých žen a žen s karcinomem prsu a koreláty dimenzí těchto dotazníků spolu s proměnnou věku repondentek.The thesis is focused on the relationship between alexithymia, meaning of life, and specific time perspective. It consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is defined terms alexithymia, meaning of life, attitudes to time structure. Includes basics of psychosomatic medicine, with an emphasis on psychosocial factors of the disease and a description of the emotional dynamics of the individual´s coping with the diagnosis of cancer. The core of the theoretical work is especially characteristic alexithymic features, dimensions of time perspective and a summary of views on the need for meaning according to directions in psychology. The practical part is made up of the resulting data questionnaires ZSDS, TAS - 20, and ESK ZTPI scale. The aim was to find differences between the resulting values between relatively healthy women and women with breast cancer and correlates of the dimensions of the questionnaires together with a variable age.
