Cílem této práce je analýza adaptačního procesu společnosti Bosch Diesel s.r.o. na základě porovnání s teoretickými poznatky z této oblasti, pokusit se identifikovat slabá místa a navrhnou opatření pro zlepšení. Aby bylo možné cíle dosáhnout, práce nejprve předkládá shrnutí problematiky řízení lidských zdrojů. Poté vymezení pojmů adaptace a adaptačního procesu. Teoretický popis adaptace člověka na pracovní prostředí postihuje oblast v rozmezí od nástupu pracovníka do zaměstnání po ukončení adaptačního procesu včetně jeho evaluace. Adaptační proces společnosti Bosch Diesel s.r.o. je konfrontován s teoretickým věděním, které vyústilo v odhalení nedostatků a navržení opatření na jejich eliminaci.The aim of this Thesis is to analyse the adaptation process of Bosch Diesel, s.r.o. on the basis of comparison with the theoretical knowledge within this field, to try to identify the weaknesses, and to propose measures for improvement. So as to reach this aim, first of all, the Thesis brings the summaries within the human resources management. Then comes the specification of the nation of adaptation and adaptation process. Theoretical desctiption of the adaptation of the individual of the working environment concentrates on the sphere between ranging from the commencement of the worker to work to the completion of the adaptation process including its evaluation. The adaptation process in Bosch Diesel, s.r.o. is confronted with theoretical knowledge which resulted in identification of weaknesses and in proposing of measures to eliminace them.
