lářská diplomová práce je zaměřena na téma podpory rodin pečujících o závislé seniory v domácím prostředí na okrese Nymburk. Má dvě části. Teoretická část vymezuje na základě odborné literatury pojmy, senior, projevy stárnutí, specifické potřeby ve stáří, a popisuje sociální situace pečujících rodin, jejich potřeby a společenské podmínky. Cílem praktické části bylo zjistit, za jakých podmínek rodina pečuje, jaké jsou její potřeby a jaká forma pomoci je z pohledu pečujících osob považována za účinnou. Informace byly získány analýzou spisové dokumentace a rozhovory s pečujícími rodinami. Závěry výzkumu potvrdily, že pečování je pro rodiny náročnou sociální událostí, která vyžaduje podporu společnosti a služeb. Rozsah poskytovaných služeb organizací Centrum sociálních a zdravotních služeb Poděbrady o.p.s. je pro rodiny v regionu dostatečný.The bachelor thesis focuses on the topic regarding support of the families taking care of depending seniors in home environment in Nymburk region. It consists of two parts. The theoretical part sets the following definitions on the basis of specialised literature: senior, aging process signs, specific needs in old-age. It further describes the social situations of the care taking families, relevant needs and social conditions. The target of the practical part was to find out the conditions entering the care taking process, the family needs and the form of the help, which is regarded efficient from the care talking people's point of view. The information was obtained from the analysis of written documentation and via the interviews with care taking families. The research outputs approved that the care taking process is demanding social event for the concerned families, which requires the society support and services. The scope of services granted by the organisation "Centre of Social and Health Services Poděbrady o.p.s." seems sufficient for the respective families within the region.
