Diplomová práce se zabývá systémem hodnocení medicínských reprezentantů ve firmě XY. Cílem práce je analýza a popis systému hodnocení a na základě srovnání s teorií jeho zhodnocení a předložení návrhů na optimalizaci. První část charakterizuje hodnocení pracovníků z hlediska teorie, druhá kapitola představuje firmu XY. Třetí část je věnována popisu systému hodnocení medicínských reprezentantů a v závěru uvádím návrhy ke zlepšení tohoto systému.The diploma theses is engaged in appraisal system of medical representatives in the XY company. The main point is description and analysis of appraisal system, comparison with the theory and introduction of proposals for its optimalization. The first part describes the evaluation of employees in terms of theory, the second chapter introduces the XY company. The third section is devoted to the description of appraisal system of medical representatives and in the end I introduce suggestions for improving of this system.
