Cílem diplomové práce je získat poznatky k rozšíření poznání problematiky stresu, jeho příčin a možností zvládání u dvou profesních skupin pedagogických pracovníků a manažerů. Práce je rozčleněna na teoretickou část zaměřenou na stres, psychosomatický přístup, zátěžové situace, osobnost pedagoga a manažera. Výzkumná část se zaměřuje na srovnání výskytu stresu pedagogických pracovníků a manažerů, srovnání podob a rozdílů pracovních stresorů a srovnání podob a rozdílů kvality péče a podpory ze strany zaměstnavatelů. Součástí je doporučení a návrh opatření, která mohou přispět ke snížení stresu a zátěže i prevenci jejich dopadů u pedagogů obecně.The aim of this Master's thesis is to gain a more thorough understanding of the issues of stress, its causes and ways of coping with stress in two professional groups, namely educators and managers. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a research part. The theoretical part is focused on stress, psychosomatic approach, stressful situations, and educator and manager characteristics. The research part focuses on the comparison of the incidence of stress in educators and managers, on the comparison of the similarities and differences of stress triggers in the workplace and on the comparison of the similarities and differences in the quality of care and support provided by employers. This part also contains recommendations and suggestions of measures which can contribute to the reduction of stress and pressure and to the prevention of their impact on educators generally.
