Cílem bakalářské diplomové práce je zhodnocení služby Sociální rehabilitace ATTA pro osoby bez přístřeší z pohledu klientů. Bakalářská diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část má šest kapitol. První kapitola popisuje teoretické vymezení problematiky bezdomovectví a osob bez přístřeší. Kapitoly dvě a tři vysvětlují pojem sociální vyloučení a chudoba. Ve čtvrté kapitole jsou základní informace o organizaci Charita Valašské Meziříčí, která poskytuje mimo jiné i sociální službu sociální rehabilitace. Na ni navazuje pátá kapitola s charakteristikou Úseku služeb pro lidi ohrožené sociálním vyloučením, jehož součástí je Sociální rehabilitace ATTA. Samotné sociální službě je věnována šestá kapitola. Praktická část obsahuje vlastní výzkum na dané téma. Základem je výzkumná sonda, jejímž cílem je zjistit spokojenost klientů se sociální službou Sociální rehabilitace ATTA. Z výzkumu vyplývá, že jsou klienti se sociální službou spokojeni.The aim of this thesis is to evaluate ATTA Social rehabilitation services for the homeless from the perspective of clients. Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part consists of six chapters. The first chapter describes the theoretical definition of homelessness and homeless people. Chapters two and three explain the concept of social exclusion and poverty. The fourth chapter presents basic information about the organization Charity Meziříčí, which provides, inter alia, a social rehabilitation. It is followed by the fifth chapter the characteristics of the services sector for people at risk of social exclusion, which includes social rehabilitation ATTA. Social service itself is dedicated to the sixth chapter. The practical part contains its own research on the topic. The basis is a research, which aims to determine customer satisfaction with social rehabilitation services ATTA. The research shows that clients are satisfied with the social service.
