Tématem diplomové práce je Komunikace mezi zdravotnickými pracovníky a žáky střední zdravotnické školy na odborné praxi. Cílem diplomové práce je získat informace o vzájemné schopnosti komunikace zdravotníků a žáků přímo v praxi tak, aby byla co nejefektivněji využita. Práce je členěna na část teoretickou a výzkumnou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na oblast komunikace, charakteristiku zdravotnického zařízení a interpersonálních vztahů mezi zdravotníky. Ve výzkumné části, kde je užito dotazníkového šetření, práce zjišťuje, zda jsou v obou cílových skupinách významné rozdíly v pohledu na vzájemnou spolupráci. Výzkumné šetření ukázalo, že zdravotničtí pracovníci jsou nejčastěji s výkony žáků střední zdravotnické školy na odborné praxi průměrně spokojeni, zatímco žáci spolupráci se zdravotníky hodnotí spíše negativně.The theme of the thesis is Communication among medical workers and the pupils of the secondary medical school during the practical training. The intent of the thesis is to get the informatik about the reciprocal communication posibility of the medical workers and the pupils right in the practice so, that it would be used in the most effective way. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and the exploratory part. The theoretical part is aimed at the communication area, at the property of the medical institution and the interpersonal relations among the workers. The thesis learns in the exploratory part, where is the questionnaire survey used, if there are the considerable differences in the view on the interaction in both target groups. The exploratory recognition has shown, that the medical workers are most often on an average satisfied with the operation of the pupils of the secondary medical school during their practical training while the pupils appreciate the cooperation with the medical workers rather negative.
