Diplomová práce se zabývá asertivní pedagogickou komunikací, a to jak z pohledu studentů, tak z pohledu učitelů. Cílem této práce je analyzovat názory studentů prvního a osmého ročníku osmiletých gymnázií na užívání asertivní komunikace učitelů. V této práci se zabývám komunikací, jejími funkcemi, druhy i složkami. Důležitou součástí je i podkapitola o komunikaci pedagogické. Další část je věnována asertivitě, asertivním právům, asertivním dovednostem i asertivitě v pedagogických podmínkách. Nemůžeme opomenout ani kapitolu o osobnosti žáka a osobnosti učitele. V empirické části najdeme vyhodnocení dotazníků studentů, učitelů a jejich následné srovnání.This thesis deals with assertive communication of educators, from the perspective of students, and from the perspective of teachers. The aim of this work is to analyze students' opinions to use assertive communication of teachers. This work deals with the communication, functions, types and folders of comunication. An important part is also subchapter about communication of educators. Another section is devoted assertiveness, assertive rights and assertiveness skills in educational environments. Another chapter is about pupils' personality and personality of the teacher. In the empirical part we find the evaluation questionnaires of students, teachers and their subsequent comparison.
