Cílem diplomové práce "Motivace zaměstnanců v soukromém sektoru" je předložit ucelený aktuální soubor informací z oblasti motivace zaměstnanců v soukromém sektoru. Toho je dosaženo zařazením teoretického základu, který se zaměřuje zejména na Herzbergovu dvoufaktorovou motivační teorii a na další motivační teorie, deskripcí aplikace motivace a zanalyzováním současného stavu odměn zaměstnanců soukromého sektoru. Analyzovaná data byla poskytnuta mezinárodní společností PricewaterhouseCoopers a Informačním systémem o průměrném výdělku.The aim of the thesis "Motivation of employees in the private sector" is to present a comprehensive set of current information from the fied of motivation of employees in the private sector. This is achieved by including the theoretical foundation, which focuses on Herzberg's two-factor theory of motivation and other motivation theories, by description of the application of motivation and by analysing the current state of rewards of employees in the private sector. The analysed data were provided by the international company PricewaterhouseCoopers and by the Average Earnings Information System.
