Hlavním cílem této práce je zjistit, jaké vlivy působí na copingové strategie u matek po předčasném porodu a u matek, kterým je sdělena závažná diagnóza jejich dítěte. V teoretické části se věnujeme problematice rodiny, rodiny dítěte s postižením, copingovým strategiím, a také problematice zanedbávání a zneužívání dětí. Praktická část je věnována analýze a interpretaci dat získaných rozhovory s matkami dětí a distribucí dotazníků mezi matky dětí předčasně narozených a matky dětí s mukopolysacharidosou.The main aim of the thesis is to explore what powers influence the coping strategies of mothers after premature childbirths and of mothers who were informed about a serious diagnosis of their child. In the theoretical part we occupy with the issues of a family, a family of a disabled child, the coping strategies and we also occupy with the issues of the neglect and the abuse of children. The practical part is addressed to the analysis of dates we obtained from interviews with mothers and from the questionnaires from mothers of children prematurely born and from mothers of children with mukopolysaccharidosis.
