Bakalářská práce je věnována problematice demografických změn v německé společnosti. Pojednává zejména o klesající porodnosti a s tím souvisejícím stárnutím populace. Dále se pojednává o migraci a jejich demografických dopadech. Pozornost je věnována možným důvodům klesající porodnosti, vzdělání a zaměstnaností žen a změnám životního stylu. Velká část práce klade důraz na stárnutí populace a s tím spojené následky pro společnost, vlivy na důchodové zabezpečení a trh práce a s tím spojené náklady.The bachelor thesis is dealing with the demographic changes in the german society. One of the most important topics is the falling birth rate and the ageing society which is connected with it. Furthermore is migration and those demographic impacts an important topic. The thesis deals with possible causes of the falling birth rates, education and employment of women and changing lifestyles. The main part of the thesis is centered to the problems of ageing population and the consequences connected with it, influence on the pension policy and the labour market and other connected costs.
