Tématem mé diplomové práce je "Interní audit podle normy ISO 9001 ve firmě GG Interstyl, s.r.o." Cílem práce je popsat jak si firma vede v oblasti dodržování zásad normy ISO 9001 a na základě interního auditu stanovit konkrétní klasifikaci plnění. První kapitola je určena teoretické části, ve které je vysvětlen význam pojmu kvalita, problematika systému managementu kvality a ISO norem. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na představení společnosti, jejího vedení a implementaci normy ISO 9001. Třetí kapitola je věnována samotnému internímu auditu, prostřednictvím kterého je zjištěno, zda organizace plní požadavky normy a následně klasifikováno jakým způsobem.The subject of my master thesis is "Internal audit by norm ISO 9001 in firm GG Interstyl, s.r.o." The aim of this thesis is to describe how the company deals with fulfilling the principles of the norm 9001 and to determine concrete classification on a basis of internal audit. The first chapter is intended to the theoretical part where is explained the meaning of the notion of quality, the matters of quality management system and ISO norms. The second chapter focuses on a presentation of the firm, its management and implementation of the norm ISO 9001. The third chapter is devoted to the internal audit itself and by means of it is found out whether the organization fulfills the requirements of the norm or not and then is classified how.
