Tématem diplomové práce je bipolární porucha. Zabýváme se v ní její etiologií, diagnostikou a léčbou. Z důvodu, že děti s bipolární poruchou představují mnoho diagnostických problémů, je zde zařazena kapitola o bipolární poruše v dětském věku. Jedna kapitola je věnována spojitosti bipolární poruchy a kreativity. V praktické části byl realizován smíšený výzkum, jehož cílem bylo zjištění, jestli se u vybraných respondentů objevovaly v dětském věku symptomy bipolární poruchy. Dále byla ověřována hypotéza, zda respondenti disponují kreativními schopnostmi a zda po medikaci pro bipolární poruchu subjektivně pociťují útlum těchto schopností.The thesis deals with bipolar affective disorder. A brief summary of its etiology, diagnosis and treatment is given. For the reason that children with bipolar disorder present many diagnostic difficulties, there is a chapter about bipolar affective disorder in paedopsychiatry. One chapter is devoted to link between bipolar disorder and creativity. In the practical part of this thesis is implemented mixed research. The goal of this research is focused on findings whether symptoms of bipolar disorder of the selected respondents are appeared in their childhood. Furthermore, the hypothesis, whether respondents have creative abilities and whether they have subjectively felt worsening of these abilities is verified.
