Diplomová práce se zabývá službou pastoračního asistenta v oblastní Charitě, jeho vztahem k zaměstnancům pracujícím v sociálních a zdravotních službách v Charitě, jeho vztahem k uživatelům a jeho vztahem k farnostem nacházejícím se na území příslušné oblastní charity. Definuje charitní dílo s rozměrem duchovním a to ve smyslu díla caritas. Uvádí konkrétní možnosti pastoračních aktivit v Charitě a možností spolupráce Charity s farnostmi a jinými křesťanskými neziskovými organizacemi.This thesis deals with a pastoral assisent duty in a Rreagional Charity, their relationship with staff working in social or health services in Charity, their relationship with users and parishes located on a particular Charity district. It defines the charity work with a range of spirituality in the meaning of the work Charitas. It shows particular options in pastoral charity activities and a possibility of additional co-work with parishes and other Christinan non-profit institutions.
