Motivací této práce je snaha o proniknutí k intertextualitě dramatu a k intermedialitě filmové adaptace. Nabytá fakta by posléze měla být konfrontována s desinterpretacemi, které byly kolem Odcházení vytvořeny. Cílem je vytvořit studii, propojující genezi Havlova Odcházení od původní dramatické podoby k jeho filmové adaptaci. Tato práce směřuje k analýze obou těchto podob a k jejich vsazení do pomezního kontextu za pomocí metody adaptace Briana McFarlana. Struktura této práce bude rozdělená do tří částí, zabývajících se dramatem, filmovým scénářem a samotnou filmovou adaptací. Základní metodologický přístup aplikovaný na anlýzu filmové podoby Odcházení je neoformalistické postup Davida Bordwella a Kristin Thompsonové, popsané v Umění filmu: Úvod do studia formy a stylu.The motivation of this paper is an effort to penetrate the intertextuality of drama and intermediality of film adaptation. Acquired facts would be confronted with the misinterpretation that have been created around Leaving. The aim is to create a study linking the genesis of Havel's Leaving from the original dramatic form to its film adaptation. This work aims to analyze these two forms and their insertion into the linesman context for using the adaptation model of Brian McFarlane. The structure of this work will be divided into three parts, dealing with drama, film script and the actual film adaptation. The basic methodological approach used for an analysis the film version of Leaving are based on neo-formalistic attitudes of David Bordwell and Kristin Thompson, described in The Art of Film: An Introduction to the study of form and style.
