První část práce se zabývá mikrobiálním osídlením parodontálních chobotů u agresivních parodontitid a vlivem jednotlivých periopatogenů na destrukci attachmentu. Druhá část práce konfrontuje možnost použití antibiotik při plánování komplexní parodontologické léčby. Ve třetí časti je zkoumáno bakteriální osídlení implantátového sulku a sulku vlastních zubů u pacientů s léčenou parodontitidou. Z výsledků analýz vypracovaných ve spolupráci s Ústavem lékařské biofyziky bylo vyvozeno několik doporučení: pro parodontologickou terapii agresivních parodontitid, pro antibiotickou léčbu u pacientů s agresivní parodontitidou a pro možnosti implantace u pacientů s parodontitidou.The first part deals with the microbial colonization in periodontal pockets of aggressive periodontitis and ability of individual periopathogenes to destruct periodontal attachment. The second part confronts the possibility of using antibiotics in the planning of complex periodontal treatment. The third part examined the bacterial population of implants sulcus and sulcus of own teeth in patients treated for periodontitis. The results of the analyzes developed in collaboration with the Department of Medical Biophysics was some recommendations: for periodontal treatment of aggressive periodontitis, antibiotic treatment for patients with aggressive periodontitis and options for implantation in patients with periodontitis.
