Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou multikulturního managementu v jedné z poboček nejmenované mezinárodní firmy v České republice. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy multikulturního managementu a jeho role v interkulturních týmech a organizacích. Dále pak firemní komunikace, firemní kultura, kulturní rozlišnosti, role mezilidských vztahů v multikulturních tymech. V praktické části jsou tyto vazby zkoumány pomocí dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci dané pobočky.This diploma thesis is focused on the role of multicultural management in the workplace in one of the divisions of an unnamed multinational company in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part is based on the explication of the multicultural management and its role in the multicultural team and organization. Furthermore the intercultural communication, company culture, cultural differences and the role of the interpersonal relations in a multicultural workplace is described. In the practical part are those relations investigated by means of a questionnaire survey among employees of the selected division.
