V práci se zaměřujeme na komunitu občanů Nového Města na Moravě. Cílem práce je návrh komunitně orientovaného programu pro tuto komunitu. Práce vychází z nalezených potřeb komunity, které se vyskytují u skupiny rodičů a jejich dětí. Práce zjišťuje preference těchto identifikovaných potřeb prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. Z výsledků dotazníkového šetření, terénního průzkumu, SWOT analýzy knihovny jako zprostředkovatele komunitních aktivit a popisu zázemí komunity s ohledem na její zdroje je navrhnut komunitně orientovaný program. Tento program nazvaný ?Knihovnická setkávání? bude realizován v prostředí městské knihovny. Návrh komunitně orientovaného programu zahrnuje především program volnočasových aktivit pro děti a rodiče.This work is concerned with the community of citizens of Nové Město na Moravě ? specifically, with the parents and their 7-9 years old children. The identified needs are investigated to find out their priorities in this group (in the area of leisure activities). The community oriented program is suggested, according to the results of the questionnaire, the field survey, the SWOT analysis of the library, and also considering the material, personal, financial sources of the community. This program is going to be implemented in the community's library. It includes the leisure schedule for the children and for the parents. It also deals with the personal provisioning of the program by the people from the community, and with its propagation. The proposal of this community oriented program is the main output of this work.
