Předmětem předkládané disertační práce je zkoumání dvoučlenných větných struktur s plno- a polovýznamovými slovesy ve funkci predikátu a jejich modifikačních možností na pozadí ukrajinsko-českého srovnávacího plánu s cílem poukázat na syntakticko-sémantické možnosti při modelování těchto struktur v obou uvažovaných jazycích, a přispět tak k vybudování obecné typologie slovanské věty.The thesis explores major sentences with full verbs and light verbs as predicates and the possible modifications of these clauses focusing on the differences and similarities between Ukrainian and Czech. The aim of the thesis is to point out the syntactic-semantic options for creating these sentence structures in both aforementioned languages and in this way to contribute further to the specification of the Slavonic sentence, especially Ukrainian and Czech.
