Práca pojednáva o postave v diele španielskeho autora z konca 20. storočia, Juana José Millása. Predstavuje akým spôsobom autor pristupuje k realite, ako opisuje a tvorí svoje postavy. Práca vyberá osem diel z celej jeho doterajšej tvorby a analyzuje základné znaky autorovho štýlu. Venuje sa piatim témam, ktoré definujú protagonistov Millásových románov: samota, zamestnanie, únik z reality, fyzický aspekt a vzťahy. Práca je založená na aplikovaní ideí viacerých autorov na osem analyzovaných krátkych románov.The thesis deals with a character in the work of Juan José Millás, a Spanish writer from the end of the 20th century. It presents how he approaches the reality and how he describes and creates his characters. The thesis picks eight pieces from his work so far and analyses basic signs of his style. It looks to five themes that defines main characters of Millás? novels: solitude, occupation, escape from reality, physical aspect and relationships. The thesis is based on application of the ideas of some writers about eight analyzed short novels.
